    How long will my delivery take if I order online?

    Most of our furniture and lighting pieces are made to order, with an average lead time of 8–10 weeks, depending on the brand and specifications. Each product listing clearly displays the estimated lead time, but if you're unsure or working to a specific deadline, we always recommend contacting our showroom directly for confirmation. For smaller in-stock items, we offer next-day dispatch where possible. If you're purchasing ex-display furniture, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange and schedule delivery at a convenient time.

    Do you have a showroom? Can I see all of your products in person?

    We do have a showroom located in Birmingham or Dorridge, where you can view a curated selection of our collections, including finishes, fabric swatches, and lighting samples. However, with over 1,000 pieces available online, it’s not possible to display everything in person. If there’s something specific you’d like to see, give us a call before your visit and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

    Do you offer trade accounts or work with interior designers?

    Yes, we love collaborating with design professionals. We offer trade pricing, priority support, and access to exclusive and custom pieces for interior designers, architects, and property developers. If you're working on a project, get in touch.

    Do you install the furniture or lighting when it arrives?

    We offer a two-man delivery service for most large furniture items, which includes placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging. Installation or assembly of furniture is available at an additional charge  please contact us for a quote based on your order.

    For lighting, we do not offer installation, and we strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician to ensure safe and correct fitting.

    What should I do if my furniture or lighting arrives damaged?

    We aim for every order to arrive in perfect condition, but if your furniture or lighting does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send us clear photos of the damage, along with your order number — you can reply to your delivery email or send them directly to contact@glassdomain.co.uk

    Once we’ve reviewed the images, we’ll let you know whether we'll arrange a repair, send a replacement, or offer another suitable resolution.
