Over the last few weeks, you might have seen a couple of communications from us regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). In them, we promised to keep you informed of any relevant updates and laid out our commitment to always act in a way that puts the well being of our customers and staff first.
During Lockdown 2.0 our physical showroom is closed to visitors and will remain upon the lifting of restrictions from the Government however our sales advisors remain in place to offer advice and any video calls you may wish to have to view pieces we have in our Studio.
The safety of our clients and staff still remain our highest priority and we have implemented strict COVID-19 countermeasures in line with WHO and Government guidelines to ensure this which includes the use of face masks by our staff, 2 meter markers through the showroom and specially designed presentation areas of our clients. We also have limits on the number of clients in our showroom at any time to ensure these measures are enforced.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is your showroom currently open?
Due to Lockdown 2.0 our physical showroom is currently closed however our sales team remain in the showroom for any video calls you may wish to have to view certain products or samples in our showroom.
Is your production back to normal?
All our manufacturers and suppliers across Europe are continue safely back to work and operating as usual without delays and we continue to dispatch and deliver goods nationwide.
Are you still accepting orders?
Yes! All of our Brands are producing as normal and we highly recommend placing any orders as soon as possible to ensure earliest possible delivery date for you.
Should I wait to place an order?
While many brands have been able to continue uninterrupted, all those that have, have assured us that any orders placed during this time will be fulfilled in a chronological fashion. To this end, we recommend placing orders as usual in order to avoid a backlog with the capacity in production.
What is the situation with delivery?
Our warehouse is operating as normal with much added hygiene precautions – all of our warehouse staff are observing social distancing of at least 2 meters and are fully equipped with PPE including Masks, Gloves and access to Hand Sanitation stations.
Additionally all packages arriving into our warehouses are disinfected with Virusafe+ for added protection for both our staff and clients.
All drivers will be wearing disposable gloves and masks for their safety and that of the customer and carries hand sanitiser on board.
If you are self-isolating then we can make arrangements for you – please make our delivery team aware when booking in.
What should I do if I have queries about an existing order?

We are still able to provide provide samples via post for those needing to see any finishes in order to finalise an order!
