Delivery Service

As part of our commitment to offer the best possible service we offer an range of delivery options. Orders can always be collected in store. For smaller items there is the option of delivery via UPS and for larger items we offer our two man white glove delivery and installation service. our appointed delivery team will deliver and (or) place/ install our furniture items for you.


How We Charge For Delivery

Our delivery service is worked out based on your postcode. As you progress through the website shop and enter your delivery details the checkout page will indicate any delivery options and costs before completing your order on-line. For more information or to obtain a delivery quote please contact us directly.


Delivery Offers

From time to time we may offer free delivery or some other delivery offer to our customers. Please note: whilst we always try to keep costs as low as possible, some of our product(s) require additional specialist handling and therefore on these occasions it is not always possible to offer free delivery. Where the delivery is outside of our scheduled areas a charge may apply.

Prices are always calculated during the checkout process before you enter any card details.


Delivering Your Item(S)

As soon as your item is ready for dispatch our delivery team will be in contact to arrange a convenient time to deliver the item.

The customer is obliged to check the number of packages and their condition before accepting delivery and to state the appropriate formal reservations to the carrier and forwarding agent. Therefore, once the Customer has taken delivery of the goods from the carrier/forwarding agent, the Vendor shall not accept any claim concerning the number or condition of the packs.

Any complaints due to defects of on any other grounds must be received within 8 days after receipt of the goods, and must be made by registered letter with return receipt. Such complaints shall only be formally valid if they are made directly to the vendor. In no case shall complaints on the part of the Customer constitute grounds for refusal to pay or delayed payments: No claims of breach of contract, requests for termination of contract or counter-claims shall be permitted once the aforesaid period has passed.

No Claim shall be considered unless payment of the full price of all invoices, including those not yet due, has been made. No returns of Goods shall be accepted unless agreed and authorised by the vendor in writing.

Any invoice not rejected or queried within 3 days shall be considered accepted in full. No Claims shall be accepted unless formal complaints are stated on delivery.


If You Are Not In When We Deliver

Our appointed delivery company will always try to arrange a convenient time for delivery with you before the item is dispatched. With our white glove service, or our collect in store service we will contact you through our Glassdomain office. When you select delivery via UPS please note that delivery will not be arranged by our internal office however if you require information on your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note: If you do not make the agreed appointment of your delivery you may be asked to pay towards the delivery costs of any second delivery attempt made.

White Glove Delivery and Installation.

Note: the installation process excludes fixed furniture, mirrors or projects that will require any fitting external to the product its self. should you select the white glove delivery option for items such as wall mounted mirrors are team will be happy to delivery and place the items into your home however they will be unable to install such items.

Collect In-store

Our Collect In-Store Service is available on all online orders. Once items are ready for you to collect in store (at: Glassdomain - 199 Warstone Lane, The Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6JR) a member of our sales team on will contact you.

UPS Carriers

For smaller orders you are able to select  "Royal Mail" to have your delivery made by royal mail carriers.
