We offer various delivery options to ensure your orders are delivered in a style that correctly suits you. Orders can always be collected in store. for smaller items there is the option of delivery via UPS and for larger items we offer our two man white glove delivery and installation service.

White Glove Delivery and Install
Note: this service does not include for any fixed furniture and excludes mirrors. Should you select any delivery option other than white glove delivery please note installation will NOT be part of the service. Please see our checkout pages when buying products for the latest on delivery options.
Our Collect In-Store Service is available on all online orders. Once items are ready for you to collect in store (at: Glassdomain - 199 Warstone Lane, The Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6JR) a member of our sales team on will contact you.
Royal Mail Carriers
For smaller orders you are able to select "Royal Mail" to have your delivery made by royal mail carriers.
As soon as your item is ready for dispatch the delivery channel chosen will be contacted and will begin the delivery process.
The customer is obliged to check the number of packages and their condition before accepting delivery and to state the appropriate formal reservations to the carrier and forwarding agent. Therefore, once the Customer has taken delivery of the goods from the carrier/forwarding agent, the Vendor shall not accept any claim concerning the number or condition of the packs.
Any complaints due to defects of on any other grounds must be received within 8 days after receipt of the goods, and must be made by registered letter with return receipt. Such complaints shall only be formally valid if they are made directly to the vendor. In no case shall complaints on the part of the Customer constitute grounds for refusal to pay or delayed payments: No claims of breach of contract, requests for termination of contract or counter-claims shall be permitted once the aforesaid period has passed.
No Claim shall be considered unless payment of the full price of all invoices, including those not yet due, has been made. No returns of Goods shall be accepted unless agreed and authorised by the vendor in writing.

STUDIO IRVINE, born on the slopes of Vesuvius, Marialaura Rossiello graduated in architecture in Naples under Riccardo Dalisi. From the poetry of design and a deep respect for tradition and history, in 2000 she was catapulted into the capital of Italian design for a master in strategic design at the Politecnico. Concreteness became a challenge, marketing, communication and strategy the keynote. For a number of years she collaborated with Italian design brands, and grew accustomed to consider the product within a comprehensive corporate process. Then, after meeting her future husband, James Irvine, she moved on tiptoe into a different, British atmosphere. In 2009 she became a partner of his firm, where industrial products were the throbbing heart of design. After James’ sudden death in 2013, the thirty-year history of his office evolved into a new phase, in which the three key words are precision, irony and generosity. Precision in design, irony in communication, generosity in art directorships. Studio Irvine, now as in the past, is always ready to take up new challenges working with clients.
