Lampadina Table lamp was designed by Achille Castiglioni for Flos in 1972, provides direct and diffused light. The Lampadina has become very famous around the globe due to it's simple functionality and unique design.
Comes with anodized aluminum base serves to contain excess power cord. Bakelite lamp-holder, painted to match the switch in the orange and black colors. Clear globe lamp is partially sandblasted to diffuse the light.

Our Collect In-Store Service is available on all online orders. Once items are ready for you to collect in store (at: Glassdomain - 199 Warstone Lane, The Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6JR) a member of our sales team on will contact you.
Royal Mail Carriers
For smaller orders you are able to select "Royal Mail" to have your delivery made by royal mail carriers.
As soon as your item is ready for dispatch the delivery channel chosen will be contacted and will begin the delivery process.
The customer is obliged to check the number of packages and their condition before accepting delivery and to state the appropriate formal reservations to the carrier and forwarding agent. Therefore, once the Customer has taken delivery of the goods from the carrier/forwarding agent, the Vendor shall not accept any claim concerning the number or condition of the packs.
Any complaints due to defects of on any other grounds must be received within 8 days after receipt of the goods, and must be made by registered letter with return receipt. Such complaints shall only be formally valid if they are made directly to the vendor. In no case shall complaints on the part of the Customer constitute grounds for refusal to pay or delayed payments: No claims of breach of contract, requests for termination of contract or counter-claims shall be permitted once the aforesaid period has passed.
No Claim shall be considered unless payment of the full price of all invoices, including those not yet due, has been made. No returns of Goods shall be accepted unless agreed and authorised by the vendor in writing.

Their iconic designs are the results of decades of collaboration with design masters such as Philippe Starck and Antonio Citterio.
Achille Castiglioni - Born in Milan in 1918. As early as 1940 he dedicated himself to testing industrial production with brothers Livio (1911-1979) and Pier Giacomo (1913-1968). After graduating in architecture in 1944, he began research into shapes, techniques and new materials, aimed at developing an integral design process. He was one of the founders of ADI in 1956. In 1969, he was authorized by the Ministry of Education to teach “Artistic Design for Industry” and was a professor at Turin´s Faculty of Architecture until 1980 and then professor of “Industrial Design ” in Milan until 1993. Since 1950 he has worked in the area of testing and research into outfittings and presentations for exhibitions (Triennale di Milano, Montecatini, Agip, Rai). MoMA in New York features 14 of his works. Other works can be found at:Victoria and Albert Museum (London), Kunstgewerbe Museum (Zurich), Staatliches Museum fur Angewandte Kunst (Munich), Museo del Design (Prato), Uneleckoprumyslove Prague Museum, Israel Museum (Jerusalem), The Denver Art Museum, Vitra Design Museum (Weil am Rhein), Angewandte Kunst Museum (Hamburg and Cologne). He staged a one-man show between 1984 and 1986 organized by the Museum fur Angewandte Kunst (Vienna), then at Akademie der Kunst (Berlin), Triennale di Milano (Milan), Kunstgewerbe Museum (Zurich), Haags Gemeentemuseum (the Hague), Circulo de Bellas Artes (Madrid) and at the Centre Georges Pompidou (Paris). He has been awarded 9 Compasso d´Oro awards.
