Where possible, our team will personally deliver your item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. For local deliveries, this may include placement in the room of your choice.
In-stock items are usually sent within one to three working days, while made-to-order pieces follow the lead time noted on the product page. If you have any specific access requirements or delivery instructions, please let us know. We’re happy to accommodate wherever possible.
